Maungatapere Berries first approached Level in 2018 looking for support to plan, design and build their new website. Conversations evolved into where the website fitted into their wider business and marketing strategy and during this process, we got to know the team and quickly realised they had an amazing story to tell. We were delighted to be able to help them tell this story, and a number of years later, we continue to work alongside the team on a wide range of marketing solutions to help grow the company and help them achieve their goals of environmental, social and economic sustainability.
Over the years we have provided a wide range of marketing advice and services to Maungatapere Berries, including developing their brand story, creating brand guidelines, PR and media support, packaging design, corporate gifts, point-of-sale collateral, resources for trade shows and other industry events, signage and digital marketing support. Claiming shelf space in New Zealand’s leading supermarkets can be tough, and it’s awesome to see this Northland-based company competing on a national scale.
In addition to redesigning Maungatapere Berries' fresh punnet packaging, Level created brand new looks for the frozen packaging range.
Packaging design can be challenging, especially in the food and beverage sector, where requirements and restrictions can be tough. Level were delighted to redesign Maungatapere Berries' fresh berry packaging, for raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and solberries, as well as the new frozen packaging range which was launched in 2021.
